Forward Reveals New Core Values

June 17, 2022 – Today, Forward Financing announced that they have updated their core values, consolidating down to four versus their previous six. Having just recently rebranded and entered their 10th year of business, the company felt it was time to revisit the values to ensure they aligned with their new image and future trajectory.

“These new core values better represent who we are and where we’re going,” said Mackenzie Kagel, Director of People & Culture at Forward. “They’re more memorable, speak to both our business and our people, and can really serve as a compass for all of the company decisions, big or small.”

Forward unveiled the new core values internally at their Company Town Hall last week. Mackenzie and Shannon Braley, VP of People, walked the team through the history of Forward’s core values and how the new set came to be. These new values will drive all decision-making across the company in the coming months and years. The company has already begun to recognize employees who embody these values in their day-to-day, and will continue to use them as a guide for promoting and hiring.
