Our Dominican Republic operations play a critical role in our ability to provide best in class service to our partners and merchant clients by efficiently processing funding applications we receive, and providing a multitask level of internal and external services to our data driven organization. We expect to continue to grow our operations in the Dominican Republic, and with your help, we expect to continue to invest in the region and increase the value that the Dominican Republic provides.

The position of Quality Assurance Auditor will ensure our internal processes are done under the highest quality standards. You will audit different operational processes, to ensure standard compliance and provide key insight to stakeholders. Also, work to streamline any new reports and propose automation improvements to ensure higher level data accuracy.  You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager I and will collaborate frequently with leaders from Operations and Recruitment Training. 

In this role you will:

  • Complete internal process audits, according to the standard sample size on a daily basis.
  • Document audit findings in the internal control platforms, so live feedback is provided to the process stakeholders.
  • Utilized different feedback tools, in order to proactively coach process owners and lead them through the continuous improvement path. 
  • Maintain up to date internal process procedures and manage internal documentation control unit.
  • Work with Quality Assurance Manager I to create and maintain training manuals for all QA tasks.
  • Collaborate in providing training and Post-Training within the focal area
  • Collaborate across departments. 
  • Maintain a positive attitude, especially in the face of challenges and changes, as the group continues to grow and evolve from its current structure.

Requirements:

  • High computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented, and very organized. 
  • +1 year Quality Assurance experience preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
