Accessing Your Account Information
If you’re a Forward customer looking for any kind of account details, there are two easy ways to get the information you need. Depending on what you are looking for, you can either access it yourself through the online customer portal or request it via phone or email from our Account Servicing team.
Customer Portal
Forward provides customers with an online portal where they can view information about their financing 24/7, including their:
- Payment history
- Outstanding balance
- Renewal eligibility
Account Servicing team
Our award-winning Account Servicing team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET at 888-244-9099 or account.servicing.team@forwardfinancing.com to answer any other questions you might have, including:
Accessing certain documentation:
- Pay-off letter, showing your remaining balance
- Zero balance letter, indicating your balance is paid in full
- Fully Executed Forward contract, which is also emailed after funding
Requesting account changes:
- Requesting payment relief
- Scheduling an additional or makeup payment
- Switching bank account information
